About York Street Properties
York Street Properties is a residential and commercial real estate investment firm led by Lance Puig. Lance launched York Street with his first SFH investment in 2001, and has raised more than $6 MM to fund its continued growth. York will transact more than 50 property deals in 2006.
Lance is a third-generation real-estate investor. His grandfather, a renowned builder in San Antontio, took him to job sites so often as a child that to this day Lance recalls his grandfather whenever he smells roofing tar.
Lance built houses for Habitat for Humanity while he attended Boston University, and went on to do his post-graduate work in economics in Germany. He worked for Openheim, Europe’s largest private bank, and helped launch T-Mobile in the U.S. with a chain of cellular retail stores.
