This calculator is designed to demonstrate how your investment in real estate with YSP can generate profits over the course of one year, as well as show potential equity over several years. It allows you to enter different values, alter what's happening in each property every month, add more properties, etc.

Start by adding as many properties as you wish to experiment with and change the default amounts to what would be appropriate. For example, Property 1: you could give it a name if you wish, change the default value of $100k to the real value, click on the green dots to change what could happen in certain months (ie: vacancies versus occupied) according to the legend above. See how it all effects total profits at the end of the year, with a total of profits from all properties shown on the bottom green bar. The calculator also allows you to see what your equity may be when you sell in the future on the final column to the far right.
